Three things make oil different from water/milk packing: viscosity, contamination, and film traction.
Oil fills slower than water. The filling assembly must hold pressure and meter accurately at high viscosity. Standard milk machines often over-fill or under-fill oil.
Trace oil migrating to the seal area weakens heat seals. Our machine has an oil-isolation guard at the seal zone plus PID temperature compensation to maintain seal integrity.
Oily film slips through pulling rollers. We use textured pull rollers with increased grip pressure tuned specifically for oily film operation.
