Do Sai Seal machines need a chiller or air compressor?
No. All Sai Seal pouch packing machines use a continuous-heat sealing system with PID temperature control. You do not need a chiller, cooling tower, or air compressor — saving recurring power and maintenance cost compared to pneumatic machines.
Which milk pouch packing machine is best for a small dairy?
For a small dairy doing 500–1,000 litres/day, the CMD 1200 or SS HMI 1.5K is the right fit. For 2,000–5,000 litres/day, look at CMD 2500, SS HMI 4K or SS HMI 5K. Above 5,000 litres/day, the double-head SS HMI 8K is the practical choice.
Can Sai Seal machines run on single phase electricity?
Yes. All models up to 5,000 pph run on standard single-phase 230V power. Only our high-capacity double-head SS HMI 8K requires three-phase 440V due to dual sealing assemblies.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Installation and operator training are included with every machine within Maharashtra. Pan-India and export installations are arranged on a quoted basis. Our engineers walk new operators through setup, daily cleaning, and basic troubleshooting before handover.
